Paid a couple hundred bucks for an electronic leak test to find out why my split unit air conditioner was blowing warm air. The Tech said he found a leak in the coil.As the unit was 10 years old we decided to replace the whole system using the existing line set in the foundation. The brand New system was installed , and 2 days later we had warm air blowing again. Turned out the leak was actually in the line set. I don't know the odds of having two leaks in the system at the same time. They must be pretty slim in my opinion. In any case I would have appreciated Knowing that the line was leaking at the time the old unit was inspected. It might have saved me the cost of a new system. I am not happy with the inspection service at all, and will not be able to recommend your company's repair service to others.

Very prompt and extremely friendly and honest

Last summer my central air suddenly stopped working and I called Ewing and Ewing. A very polite and respectful technician soon arrived and only took about a half hour to diagnose the problem - a fuse and non-working part. He quoted me a very reasonable price and fixed the problem in less than hour (which included climbing up on the condo roof). He also gave me a few A/C care tips. The entire process was simple, fast and pleasant. My A/C has worked flawlessly since. I will definitely call again if I have future problems.

My A/C unit broke down in the evening in August. I left a message on Ewing & Ewing answering service. They called 1st thing in the morning and sent a tech out by 11am. Fixed unit to work temporarily until I could have new unit installed. A representative called and came out that afternoon. A new unit was installed the next morning both inside and outside in about 2 hours. They are wonderful to work with.

I have used Ewing and Ewing for many years. In the beginning, they helped me with maintaining an old system. There was never any hard sell to buy a new system. Every time they came out they did all they could to keep that dinosaur going as long as possible. When it was finally time for a new system, they helped me choose a new system and installed it for me. They I am a teacher and they are wonderful at working with my schedule. Their maintenance program helps keep that system working great. I don't have to remember anything. They email me when it is time to set up an appointment. The technicians are always courteous, on time and make sure to leave the area neat and clean. They are even careful about closing the gate to keep the dogs from escaping!

Always respond promptly and do the job right. Two thumbs way up.
