I like the fact that service reps are pretty much on time when appointments are scheduled and the fact that the work is done completely when they leave.

Both times our unit was service the technician was polite and explained what he was doing and they arrived at the scheduled time.

Twice a year service/PM visit is done properly by Techs. E and E notify you that it is time to schedule so you don't have to remember
