Ewing was recommended to me by a coworker. I must say I am pleased he told me about them. They did everything promised in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves. Chris was my service tech and Anthony was my sales rep. My old 14 year old a/h unit was about dead and they gave me a fair price on a new unit. I would suggest you get a service contract. They do not try to sell you new equipment unless it is needed, unlike some places. I am the third person at work who uses them and they have old time customer service. Highly recommended

I called Ewing and Ewing to help with an emergency air conditioning problem at 8 pm. By 8:10, their tech called me back, asked what the air conditioning was doing, and diagnosed the problem within seconds over the phone! He instructed us of the simple fix and the air immediately began running again after we followed his instructions ! What a helpful, honest, tech! He just earned our business from here forward! Customer service was excellent!

Ewing Air Conditioning has proven to be the best air conditioning company in Palm Beach County, and I recommend them to my family, friends and business associates. I feel 100% confident in recommending Ewing Air because I have had personal experience with the owner, General Manager, Office Manager, 5 of their technicians and of course our member and Sales Manager Anthony Fenn. I believe that the most honest way to be able to refer anyone is to have had personal experience using the products or services that they offer. In the case of Ewing Air Conditioning I started using them at my own condominium back in December of last year as a result of a dubious service call I had from my previous air conditioning service company (Jupiter-Tequesta Air Conditioning). On a hot and humid day in the middle of September of 2014 my air conditioner suddenly stopped working correctly. I called in Jupiter-Tequesta Air Conditioning and had them check the unit. The technician checked out the unit, did what looked like a quick cleaning and said everything should be fine. Although the air conditioner went back to working ok, something did not feel right. For example, I could still see mold on the outer door of the air handler part of the unit in my condo. When Anthony and Ewing Air joined the group in November, he and I had a 1-on-1 right before Thanksgiving. I told him about my uneasy feeling with the technician from the other company and he said that Ewing would send someone out to take a look free of charge. So, I set up an appointment for early in December. One of Ewing’s technicians came out and inspected my air conditioning unit thoroughly. He told me that it looked as if the unit had not been serviced in years, and then showed me that the interior evaporator coil unit was full of gunk and condensation build up, and mold was growing. He told me we needed to have the evaporator coil unit thoroughly cleaned or risk the entire unit failing during the next summer (of 2015). I scheduled the cleaning for January, and two other Ewing technicians came out and did the cleaning, showing me every step of the way what they were doing, why they were doing it, and the results. Once they were done cleaning the unit they did a thorough check of the entire unit and told me that the air conditioner should now last another 5 to 7 years. The results: this summer the air conditioner ran great, without any problems. If I had not brought in Ewing Air Conditioning it would have cost me over $3,000 to get a new air conditioner as opposed to the $465 it cost for the evaporator coil unit cleaning. Honestly, I did not even know what the evaporator coil unit was before the honest, informative, thorough techs from Ewing came into my condo. They did a great job for me, and I would highly recommend them to everyone who lives here in south Florida.

I have been using Ewing and Ewing for years. Their service and staff are outstanding. I belong to their AIR 1 Club and twice a year they come to the house and inspect my unit, drains, change my filters and basically keep my unit in top running condition. I know it saves me on my air conditioning bills to have one of the biggest electrical consumption appliance running it tip top shape. Thank you Ewing Air.
