Good knowledgeable service

The technician that came to assess the property and my then old unit was knowledgeable, trustworthy and personable. I scheduled another company to show up prior to Ewing and they arrived late, Ewing was still there. He wasn’t personable and I felt he was truly a salesman. He contradicted much of what Ewing was telling me. I definitely felt more at ease with Ewing and that they were not out to rip me off. The two other quotes I received were higher: one by a few hundred and one by a few thousand.

Family owened, customer friendly and extremely professional.

They are excellent at fixing any Air conditioning problem we may have and when they state that they will be at your home at a certain time, they are there. The workers are extremely friendly and very professional.

Responses are prompt. Your employees are courteous. The technicians who are sent to jobs know what they are doing and seem to be experienced. Their fairness indicates they work for the company but also for the client.
