Jennifer is a new Ewing & Ewing Air Conditioning Client who found us during a Google search due to our 5 star reviews. She called for an estimate to replace her air conditioning system. She knew the air conditioner was old and it had stopped working. Our estimator Anthony was able to visit with Jennifer to review her needs the same day. Anthony was able to provide a quote on the spot that suited Jennfer's needs so she scheduled the job for 2 days later. Anthony reached out to the office and requested a technician come to Jennifer's home to see if we could provide a temporary free fix so that Jennifer and her family would have cool air in the meantime. Our technician Jeff was able to add enough refrigerant to the system to be able to keep Jennifer cooling until her Friday install.
