Don found Ewing & Ewing Air Conditioning while searching for a new air conditioning contractor to help with A/C related issues at his rental properties. This property was undergoing major renovations between tenants and the existing air conditioner was in poor condition so the timing was right to replace the system.

Our estimator, Anthony, met with Don to discuss his wants and needs so that we could properly qualify the right solution for Don. Don opted to have Ewing & Ewing Air Conditioning install a new 2.5 ton Goodman air conditioner. Ewing & Ewing Air Conditioning were able to coordinate with Don to fit into his busy construction schedule without interruptions to other portions of the project. Work was completed on schedule and as expected. Don is a business man and a landlord and is very busy. Thanks to this installation, he can focus on things other than worrying about whether this tenant will have A/C issues anytime soon.
