Our estimator, Anthony, was able to visit with Cheryl's sister to see the property and spoke with Cheryl on the phone to properly qualify Cheryl's needs and wants in a new air conditioner. Anthony was able to send a very detailed email to Cheryl the same day with options for replacement.

Over the course of the next few days Cheryl and Anthony spoke multiple times to address concerns and questions. Once Cheryl approved the job, Ewing & Ewing Air Conditioning worked quickly to get the work on the schedule within 2 days. A new, energy efficient Rheem 2.5 ton air conditioner was installed. Installation was completed the same day it was started and went so well that when Cheryl's other air conditioner failed the following month, she didn't need to shop around as she already had her team!
