A/C not working periodically. Might even be related to the oven, 2 other air conditioning companies came out and said the unit is working fine.

Upon arrival we found a very dirty condenser coil. We did a deep cleaning of the coil. We also advised the homeowner to relocate their dryer vent. We now have a happy comfortable customer, who joined our maintenance program and can’t wait to tell her neighbors about their potential problem and who to call to fix it. Proud fix!
